Authors receive an initial editorial decision within 5 working days of submission. If your paper proceeds to full double-blind peer review, the complete review process typically takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on reviewer availability and the complexity of the subject matter.

The Article Processing Fee (APF) is charged only after your paper is accepted for publication. You will never be charged for a paper that is rejected at any stage — desk review, initial editorial review, or peer review. Payment details are shared in the acceptance notification email.

Yes. Email submissions@jirmi.in with your submission reference number and full name. Please allow at least 7 working days from the date of submission before requesting a status update, as your paper will be in the initial review queue.

JIRMI is currently in the process of applying for UGC-CARE listing. This application will be submitted after the publication of our inaugural issue (Volume 1, Issue 1). We are also actively pursuing indexing in Google Scholar, Manupatra, ROAD Open Access Directory, and CrossRef. Check the Indexing page for current status.

Yes, absolutely. JIRMI accepts papers with multiple co-authors from different institutions, cities, or countries. All co-authors must be listed in the submission form with their full names, designations, and email addresses. The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the editorial office.

Currently, JIRMI publishes papers in English only. This ensures maximum global readability and indexing compatibility. We encourage authors writing in regional languages to have their manuscripts professionally translated and proofread before submission.

Yes. JIRMI has a fee waiver policy for authors from economically disadvantaged institutions or low-income countries. To apply, email editor@jirmi.in with a brief explanation and any supporting documentation at the time of your submission. Waivers are granted at the discretion of the editorial team.
